User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, treat partner restaurants with respect, arrive within your chosen pickup window, and use claimed meals for personal consumption.
Vendor responsibilities
Partners commit to listing accurate, fresh food, honoring claims, and following local health and food-safety regulations. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension.
Pickup disclaimers
Surplus food is sold as-is from the partner's daily preparation. Please verify before purchase if you have allergies.
Liability
Savr is a marketplace connecting diners and restaurants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
